FREE Comic Book Day is coming!

That's right Kiddos... FREE comic book day is just around the corner!

May 7th, 2011. "The Amazing Spider Man", "Darkwing Duck", "Betty &

Veronica", "Green Lantern" & a bunch of other cool comics are being

offered this year. Comic Books have always been a weakness for me.

I have vivid memories of pedaling my bike down to The Village Store

to see which one would catch my eye... and which one I could afford!

NESCBWI Spring Conference

Very excited to see some of my ALL STAR favorites will be teaching & presenting at this years NESCBWI Spring Conference "Celebrating Milestones".... Robert Squier, Dani Jones & Teri Weidner! So much amazing talent. At last year's Conference I was awestruck at every turn and even had my copy of "The Storm in the Barn" signed by Matt Phelan! Like a kid in a candy store Baby! Chances like this to meet other Illustrators and hear the perspectives of Children's Book Writers & Publishers... invaluable!

Watching you? Watching me?

Ever feel like your being watched?

Just came across this sketch I did of my own eyes.

Kinda creepy... and looking kinda old!

Finished - "The View"

"The View"

Finished! I'm pretty excited about this one... so much fun to do

& I really like the way the wood frame turned out.

"The View" Sketch

Working on a new sketch. Getting ready for a Gallery Show down in Key West.

Keep checking in for details. Kinda liking where this is headed... it's fun!

First Blog Post! Woohoooo!

Hey There!
Welcome to my Blog! Although I have my website... I'll be using this space to show you my current work, work in progress, and probably some older stuff too. Thanks for checking things out and please remember... I'd love to hear some feedback.

To kick things off... here is one of my favorites... it reminds me of growing up in N.H. and seeing moose right outside our Grandparent's kitchen window.
Keep checking in... and see you soon!
